Today I want to speak about a women’s health.
Especially about a symptons of a beautiful time called pregnancy.
The first signs of pregnancy are very similar to the symptoms of some conditions. Because of this, early signs of pregnancy are ignored by future mothers. Too often many women over-interpret certain symptoms indicative of pregnancy. The experience of doctors shows that the stress that accompanies women trying to become pregnant or fearful of it is so strong that it contributes to the symptoms that may indicate a misleading condition. So what are the early signs of pregnancy?
First signs of pregnancy – when do they appear?
The timing of the first signs of pregnancy is different in every woman. Some of the future I have early signs of pregnancy can notice the first week after conception. However, in most women the first symptoms of pregnancy appear only around 4-6 weeks of pregnancy. The most severe of them occurs at the end of the first trimester, ie about 9-12 weeks of pregnancy.
It is good to know that some women have no signs of pregnancy during the first month of pregnancy. In turn, women who have irregular menstrual periods may find that they are pregnant only after a few months of age.
First (early) signs of pregnancy: amenorrhea
The first characteristic symptom of pregnancy is amenorrhea at the planned date.
Some sources state that the first symptom of pregnancy is also spotting, or implant bleeding, which is caused by implantation in the uterus of the fertilized embryo. However, not always spotting or sparse and unusual menstruation is associated with implantation. It is quite typical for ectopic pregnancy. It can also be a symptom of miscarriage.
First (early) signs of pregnancy: nausea and vomiting
Nausea and vomiting often bother pregnant women in the morning or in the evening (less often round the clock) and last for up to several hours. More often complain about women who are pregnant for the first time.
Morning sickness and vomiting are the result of high levels of chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), a hormone produced during pregnancy by trophoblast (outer fetal cell membrane).
Psychological factors also influence the intensity and frequency of vomiting and nausea. According to research, these symptoms are more common in women living in anxiety and stress.
First (early) signs of pregnancy: change in appetite
Increased appetite, which often occurs in the first weeks of pregnancy, is probably due to changes in the hormonal economy, and not as commonly believed to be the need for a developing baby for nutrients. Some women may be reluctant to enjoy their favorite dishes.
First (early) signs of pregnancy: sensitive and painful breasts
Sensitive, aching and enlarged breasts are the result of hormonal changes in the pregnant body. Sometimes the veins on the breast become more visible and the nipples darker.
The early signs of pregnancy are susceptibility to certain odors such as cigarette smoke, coffee aroma, cosmetics (especially perfume).
